This Titled private sanctuary is served by its own water system and electricity is solar generated on-site as well. The owner has lived on the land since 2003. The property consists of two ridges of hills that are bisected by a rainy-season creek. The property is bounded by the La Balsa road and by Quebrada Victoria. Victoria is a year-round stream that forms the lower boundary of the property and passes through a portion of the land. 90% of the property is in its natural state.
